Is food available for purchase at the park?
Food and Beverages – Raging Rivers has a variety of food concessions stands. We sell hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, salads, pizza, fries, Mexican food, ice cream, Dippin' Dots, funnel cakes, and many other meal items. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the WaterPark. Picnic areas are located outside the park in our parking lot area. For those with allergies, we do not use peanut oil to fry any of our menu items. Our hamburgers and hot dogs are all beef. Our mini corn dogs do contain dairy. 

Can we bring our own food and drink into the park?
Food, beverage and coolers may not be brought inside the park. Water in clear, plastic bottles is allowed. You may bring soft sided coolers to store your water bottles, no hard sided coolers are allowed in the waterpark. You’re also welcome to pack your own picnic lunch to enjoy in our picnic area located outside of the waterpark. Please pack a cooler and leave in your car until you're ready to eat. Barbeque grills are NOT allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere outside in the picnic areas. Alcoholic beverages are sold inside the park at Casa Grande and Riverside Grille.

          Individual sized milk
          Individual portioned fruits and veggies

          Picnic lunches (use picnic shelters available in the parking lot) 
          Alcohol or other beverages
          Glass containers
          Unsealed water bottle
          Full meal
          Full/large bags of chips
          Boxed snacks

     Other Prohibited Items:
          Any and all weapons
          Alcohol and glass containers
          Hard-sided coolers. Suitcases, bags with wheels

Can I wear shoes in the park?
We do suggest you wear comfortable sandals or aqua shoes; however, shoes are not allowed on any of our slides. We don’t recommend street shoes. "Heely" and "Rollies" style shoes are not permitted. Wheels must be removed or retracted from shoes.

Does the concrete get hot at Raging Rivers WaterPark?
Yes, on hot days the concrete does get hot. For our guests' comfort we strongly recommend water shoes, flip flops or sandals. You can hold your shoes going down all attractions or leave them at the bottom of the ride.

If I forgot my bathing suit, do you have suits for sale?
The Port of Call Gift Shop is well-stocked and has everything you may need to enjoy the fun and sun at Raging Rivers. We have a large selection of merchandise which includes men’s, women’s and children’s suits, t-shirts, tank-tops, and a variety of hats, sunglasses, shoes, beach towels, and sunscreen. If you’re short of cash, there is an ATM located inside the shop.

Are there changing rooms, showers, and lockers available?
Our Bathhouse is equipped with showers and changing facilities. All day lockers are available on our Locker Deck located by Guest Services and can be rented for $10 per day, which includes a refundable $5 key deposit. The lockers measure 16" x 12" x 12".

Are tubes available?
Tube Rentals – We provide tubes free of charge for all attractions that require a tube. We do not supply free tubes for Breaker Beach Wavepool. You may rent our single or double tubes for use at Breaker Beach. Single tubes rent for $5.00 including a refundable $1.00 deposit, double tubes rent for $7.00 including a refundable $1.00 deposit.  Double tubes cannot be rented on weekends or holidays.

Is there a charge for parking?
Parking is $5.00 per vehicle, school and charter buses park for FREE.

Are towels provided?
Please bring your own beach towels or we have them available for purchase in the Port of Call Gift Shop.

Are life jackets provided?
Life jackets are provided (no charge) on a first-come, first-served basis. They are for small children and non-swimmers. They may be picked up at Tube Rental. You are welcome to bring your own life jacket.

What happens if I get separated from my party?
To avoid becoming separated from your party, make arrangements to meet at a designated area before you begin your day. If your small child gets lost, please go to Guest Services or contact the nearest staff member.

Do you have a dress code?
Appropriate swim attire required; no cut-off denim or jean shorts, provocative, thong or thong-like bathing suits, swim attire with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments. Appropriate swim attire rules are strictly enforced. Failure to comply with any part of the dress code may result in ejection from the park without refund.

Can my small child wear diapers?
For safety of all guests, children three (3) years and younger must wear a swim diaper when in the water. We also sell swim diapers in the Port of Call Gift Shop.

What are the behavior rules?
Foul language and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. No alcohol, weapons, knives or firearms are allowed in the premises. No running, spitting, or throwing of objects permitted. No solicitation or distribution of literature on park property. Each Guest must also comply with the Rider Responsibility code as mandated by the State of Illinois.

How do I re-enter the park once I leave?
Be sure to have your hand stamped at the Front Gate as you leave if you wish to return to the park that day.

What type of Credit Cards do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa and Discover are honored at the ticket booths, Port of Call Gift Shop, parking, Surf Side Cafe, Riverside Grille and Casa Grande. Locker and Tube Rental are cash only.

Do you have an ATM?
Our ATM machine is located in our lobby next to the Port of Call Gift Shop.

Can we bring our own rafts or tubes?
You may bring floatation devices, within certain guidelines. No automobile inner tubes are allowed, double rafts, large animal floats or devices over 6 feet in length are allowed. No floatation is permitted in Itty Bitty Surf City or Tree House Harbor.

Do you offer coupons/discounts on admissions tickets?
Ticket discounts are available every day when you bring an empty Pepsi can or Bunny Bread wrapper to our ticket booth. What type of height restrictions do you have on each of your rides?
Breaker Beach Wavepool - No height restriction.

Runaway Rafts - Must be able to carry own tube. One person per tube.

Shark Slide - Must be able to carry own tube. One person per tube.

Treehouse Harbor - Fun for all ages. Slide only for children.

Swirlpools - Must be 48" and taller and a strong swimmer. Deepest water in park, 7'.

Itty Bitty Surf City - For our small guests 42" and under.

Cascade Body Flumes - Small children may ride on parent's lap without a tube. Single riders may ride with or without a tube.

Endless River - Fun for all ages. Small children may ride with parent.

Do you have First Aid personnel?
Raging Rivers is committed to ensure the safety of our guests. The park employs certified American Red Cross Lifeguards and is staffed by certified EMTs during operating hours and during any special function. First Aid is located just past the Port of Call Gift Shop.

What is the smoking policy?
Raging Rivers is a non-smoking park; however, you may smoke in the parking lot where benches are provided.

Are there any hotel packages available?

What happens in case of rain?
Rain checks will be issued only if the park is closed due to bad weather. No rain checks will be issued within one (1) hour of closing. No cash refunds will be issued.

Are there any Next-Day Ticket specials?
Be sure to purchase your Next-Day Tickets for $13 (plus tax) each before leaving the park on your first day. Next-Day Tickets may also be purchased when you buy your first day tickets.

When are the Fourth of July fireworks?
Grafton, IL usually has their fireworks display at the end of June.
